What is Meditative Inquiry?

Unlike conventional meditation methods that demand rigid sitting postures, chanting, or strict concentration exercises, Meditative Inquiry is a simple and immediate approach to presence. Pioneered by Toni Packer, it strips away religious dogma to focus strictly on bare attention and open questions.

During our practice, we learn to look at the movement of fear, comparison, and thought without judging them as good or bad. We observe without identifying with a 'chooser' or coordinator who needs to fix anything. Here, listening becomes a living gateway to deep restoration.

Reflections on Mindfulness

"True tenderness and love cannot be intellectually known or adequately defined by words, but can only be felt palpably in the absence of wanting things to be otherwise."
