Guiding individuals toward simplicity, presence, and balance
Sandra Gonzalez operates as a dedicated mindfulness specialist, holistic mentor, and the Director of Sacred Journeys. Over the course of several decades, her study of human consciousness and contemplative practices has shaped a deeply grounded methodology centered on ease, clarity, and nature-integrated healing.
Her path in contemplative study began with years of deep, quiet exploration across multiple meditation centers. In 1988, she transitioned her practice to the Springwater Center in New York. Under the guidance of Toni Packer, Sandra was introduced to a ritual-free approach to mindfulness focusing on pure, non-judgmental awareness and open inquiry.
Today, Sandra shares these practices globally. Dividing her time between teaching, individual mentorship, and directing retreats in the pristine biospheres of Costa Rica, she helps clients dissolve mental exhaustion and rediscover their innate, peaceful nature.
"My work is not about adding more knowledge, technique, or rigid structure. It is about stripping away the accumulated noise so you can rest in what is already here."
Sandra’s workshops are conducted fluently in both English and Spanish, allowing her to serve a diverse, international community across North and South America.
